Life Horse Non-Profit Organization
Life Horse is a non-profit organization that has found its home at
Breezy Hill Stables.
It was founded in 1996 by Margaret Hadley to offer riding to
terminally ill children. After years of operation, Ms. Hadley was no
longer going to be able to operate the organization. In stepped,
Joe Topper, the owner of Breezy Hill Stables. The program was
moved to Breezy Hill and expanded to not only assist terminally ill
children but groups of all ages who face a variety of needs. "Our
motto is that anyone who's been affected by loss or illness is
welcome to ride here. "
The program is free of charge for church groups, special needs
groups, at risk children groups, etc. It is completely funded by
donations and all work is performed by volunteers.
